Training and Sales Evaluation

Since field promotion is the most important sales promotion activity, and its efficacy depends on the power of communication of the message and reach. We are evaluating effectiveness of communication and reach & the rate at which consumer translated it into action. It is one step ahead of Impact study. Field Staff are evaluated on the basis of their various field activities eg: Farmers, Meetings, Field days, Direct Promotions etc.. A scoring is developed where one number is calculated and included as a part in their annual evaluation score.
